cards, are actions carried out by third party service providers having the applicable
licenses
and authorities with which to do this. Walleti exercises no control over such third party
service providers and it shall be the User’s responsibility to ensure they have familiarized
themselves with the Terms and Conditions of using Walleti’s technology and the terms and
conditions which may be applied to the Third Party Services by the third party service
providers. By providing the technology, Walleti is not advocating for the sale and purchase
of
any virtual asset and/or providing the User with any financial advice. It shall be the
User’s
responsibility to seek the necessary guidance, professional advice and do their own due
diligence. Walleti shall not be responsible for the actions of any User and/or the actions
of
any third party service provider.
